Anyone tried MIDI sequencing the Ren/ Studio (sounds) into a DAW yet? I'm at work and just saw that 1.5 dropped! Haven't updated, tried it out or anything yet. Can't WAIT to get home. (P.S.) Will NOT be updating firmware until this bug gets worked out. Got enough bricks in my backyard as it is.

Until they add multimbral support, You cant fully midi sequence the ren sounds.. With midi control mode.. It's kinda wierd...
Midi control mode is useless if you want to use it to control mpc software... As The reason you would do this is because you want your daw to hold the midi and the mpc software to act as a sampler...
Still midi controller mode is the first step.. They just have to add multitimbral mode to the software and they;ll be laughing..

At present time
I can kinda get much more control using the iac driver... And having the ren open in standalone mode just using midi tracks , then having reaper open using multiple iac driver ports(4 ports)... of course you cant have multiple instances of the ren, so we are stuck here once again

The ren only serves great purpose for me live... And thats it..
Trigger live sounds on pads while i have long streaming seqeuences/wave files in reaper.. Beat making wise, i have got some success, bt not as much as i would like, I'd be happy with double the amount of virtual outs ...

I may only use the ren for this purpose... Live...

Thanks dazastah.
So... still no multitimbral functionality huh? After making my feature request very clear by explaining the hell out of it several times over several threads, I was told that this had been implemented in the 1.5 update.
Not cool. Not cool at all.
