Got my MPC but did i miss something in the beginning?

Hey guy finally got my MPC Studio...
So far i really enjoy it, i come from an 2000XL, but i havebt used it as much as i would have liked to after going all in on the computer.
Its nice sorta having the MPC workflow back easily when working like this.

(sorry if the next part might be stupid)
Anyway ive registred and it was fine.
But i realized i never actually got a confirmation mail from Akai about unlocking the software.
Was i suppose to get one?
And is there something on Akais website you can see your registration or in the software?

I wondered the same thing. It appears the your software is registered through the client during your first connection. And that, that registration does not appear in your account when you login https://www.akaipro.com/my-account/login.

Kind of a shame since it would be an opportunity to possibly manage the number of devices your software was registered to, transfer ownership etc.

Honestly though, Akai pretty much always let's me down so I'm just glad my studio is even working.

Yes, you should've gotten confirmation immediately after registration.

Email them the situation I'm sure its their system that farts and hiccups.

I think like 97 procent of my MPC related issues has been answered and fixed by checking here.
