I'm think about buying a MPC Renaissance but i want to know if it has a similar Piano Roll like FL Studio.

- Does the MPC Renaissance has a Piano Roll where you can place notes by mouse?
- Can you use Ghostchannels so you know what you sequenced in other track in the Piano Roll?

Please let me know,

I'm really interrested in this beautiful piece of hardware.

Yes it has a piano roll and you can place/move/remove notes with your mouse.

No you cannot see "ghost" notes from another track to see. But you can copy the notes from a track to another and they won't make any sound until you assign a pplugin/vst/midi hardware.

Thank you!

I really wanted to know cause i can program drums real fast in FL Studio's Piano Roll.
But it seems like MPC Ren can do the same thing so im def gonna buy the machine.
I hope there's gonna be more updates like Ghostnotes.

I'm gonna keep the MPC Renaissance for Drums & Sampling as a VSTi in FL Studio than.
Than i can use ghost channels in FL Studio to do all my melodies in the same Key/Scale with the notes in the background that fit the song.
