Update the plugins to 64 bit with the MPC Software update utility.

or

Run MPC Sodtware in 32 bit mode (Open Get Info on Mac MPC Software icon and select to run in 32 bit mode, or run 32 bit application in Windows C:/Program Files (x86)/Akai Pro/MPC folder)

I noticed the same thing, the stock MPC plugins only show up when I run the software in 32 bit. Where is the updater needed to move the stock plugs up to 64 bit? I already updated everything that came in the 1.5 download folder.

Run the updater again, look for an option to update the plugins.
