I recently purchased the MPC-REN and ditched my Maschine for that.
The problem Im having is that the Firmware installer seems to get stuck on the part where it says "Looking for MPC Renaissance to update" It's not moving on at all.
Im using the MPC software v1.5 and running on Mavericks OSX 10.9.
Beside that I've carefully followed the instructions for the update. I've unplugged my mpc and also done the following steps:
1.Hold down shift button
2. Starting up MPC (still holding the shift button)
3. Holding shift button and pressing the button below (Main/track)
but nothing is really happened.
I hope somebody out here can help me out with that.
