why is mympc studio is changing my presets on my moti

this thing has been bugging me today whenever i have a sound selected on my motif i will hit start or record on my mpc studio and the sound on my motif will randomly change to another sound. i really dnt know what could be doing this and have done some searching and have found nothing so maybe i can get some answers here.

I don't use the Studio but the only way you would have that happen is rogue MIDI Program Change messages being sent from the Studio software to the Motif.

How exactly that is happening I couldn't tell. But those MIDI PC messages are the only way patches would change in a MIDI synced situation between the two.

im staring right at the pc channel and midi channel and they are both set at 1 and the sounds still change to another sound .

Do you want a program change on each sequence?

Can you just turn program change off?
