Problems with MPC software audio mix down

What's up guys, I've been working with my MPC Studio for a few months now and while I love the hardware, I'm not a huge fan of the MPC software. 1.5 fixed most problems I had before, but I still have issues mixing down a project. When I export the project to .wav, .aiff or .mp3 it repeats the first half second of the song twice. I've tried different combinations of sample rate and bit depth/bitrate, but to no avail. Anyone else have this issue?

If you are doing this in Song Mode, then yes, others have had the problem, and there is a workaround until Akai fix it...
