Hi, I'm a new MPC Ren user and I'm having a problem with sampling that I can't seem to find help for anywhere.
I chopped up a sample and created a melody with a few of the slices into my sequence and added some drums on separate tracks. The chopped melody is made up of long synth-type chops.
I grabbed another chop from a different part of the sample, it's a female voice kinda going "Ahhhhh." I want to add this chop in randomly a couple times in the sequence on top of the chopped synth melody, but whenever I try to add it, even on it's own separate track, it interferes with the original chopped synth samples by like cancelling them out whenever the "Ahhhhhh" chop plays.
How can I add the "Ahhhhh" chop seamlessly into the sequence without it disturbing the chops that are already there?

They are in the same mute group.
