There's a few ways and places you can do it
you could be on your track and with the box tool next to the pencil u can highlight what u want to copy press 'alt and c' ,on a mac ,or go to edit menu at the top of the page and select 'copy' ,you can also pick 'select all' from there, then move the scroll bar locator to where u want to paste too ,then press 'alt and v,or select paste in the edit menu .
To do multiple tracks go to the track mixer in the top right u can select edit mode , where u can select mutes and region edit ,select 'region edit' you can then drag a box across what u want to copy ,press copy again move scroll locator to the place u want to start the paste ,press paste , u can use short cut keys
