SysEx Dump

Can the Ren record SysEx dumps from a Nord Lead 3? I'm trying to save my synth patches within a project. I can't seem to get this to work, possibly because I don't have a clue what I'm doing....

gotta love it!
I don't really know neither I just midi it, and then sample the audio out in my ren and use it as a WAV file optionally chopped up into a program...
