Hey everyone,

This is an expensive work around that I thought about, and was wondering if anybody has tried this to see if it works.

Taking your main studio computer, opening your DAW and sending clock to a midi cable, into the MPC Rens hardware midi input, have the ren connected to a second laptop, where you take the midi input from the MPC ren port you plugged the cable into, take the audio outputs of the ren and route them back into your main studio computers audio interface?

Crazy? Yes, But does it work? Anyone?

Sure you can, but what are you trying to accomplish there? If you're on a mac, using CoreMIDI and Soundflower on a single machine would do the trick, too.
