This is for those wanted to record sounds from their mac com

Since Apple update their operating system to "Mavericks" soundflower stopped working to record internal sounds from your computer, I have found a video on youtube that details how to get it working, so I hope this is helpful for those of you that need to be able to record internal sounds.

Soundflower works fine under Mavericks for me. Crackles more often, but deselecting and reselecting it under INPUT DEVICE works perfect for me.

wanted to add some audio interfaces will let you resample audio source inside D.A.W without 3rd party apps like soundflower, check it out may not even need it....my interfaces are about decade old and I've been resampling youtube inside ableton since V6 without 3rd party apps

I used to use one of these to loop my mac out or connect my laptop

I have an motu mk3 connected to my windows computer that I use mainly to do music but I have a mac mini connected to my t.v. (which I'm using as my audio out) and I do some screen recordings on my mac mini and rarely use an audio interface with it so using soundflower works well for my purposes.
