Soundflower Suddenly Not Working

I use Soundflower quite a bit for sampling from iTunes. Suddenly, today I get no signal. I have it all hooked up correctly:

Apple sound output to Soundlflower. MPC input to Soundflower. Monitor on.

What gives?

Try routing Soundflower output to MPC.
