the trap bass sound you're talking about is just an 808 kick tuned down super low with a super long decay envelope. there are probably hundreds available for free in trap drum sample packs all over the web.

you can make your own using a synth vst, or a drum vst like Drumatic 3, which is freely available and i'm pretty sure it gives you all the tools you need to make one. basically it's a drum/bass sound made using a clipped sine wave that drops slowly in it's pitch. since it's a bass sound more than a drum sound you need to tune it to your song, best way to do that is pitch it up and tune it while it's high pitched, then when its in tune lower it a bunch of octaves until it's super low and sounds right. then you can put some light distortion or saturation on it to make it stand out more on shitty sound systems like laptop speakers.

When you go into the ren and search for vst's make sure that shit is checked, they give you like 4 options, make sure that folder is checked

It's all good after that

Maybe they are 32 bit plugins, and maybe you are running MPC Software in 64 bit mode?

32 bit plugins will only work in MPC Software when it is running in 32-bit mode, 64-bit plugins will only work in MPC Software when it is running in 64-bit mode.

Massive should have plenty of sounds provided with it, they should be accessible from some sort of patch selection menu within the plugin.

hmm..that makes sense.
yea im in win8 so gota use 64 bit.

but i downloaded an eq and put the dll file in the same folder and when i scan it wont even come out.

this **** sucks!

maybe my computer just sucks

i got this also. an eq. installed it. shows up but wont show up when i try to load. maybe it is for 32. i tried looking on the site to see if it was 32 or 64 but i couldnt find anything. and the version of massive i have is 64 bit. so maybe that is the problem. ****. gona have to start searching for 64 bit stuff exclusively and see if that helps.

When you load the plugin, and the small 'e' button appears next to the PLUGIN name, you can't click on that small 'e' button to open the plugin window?

No idea about Windows 8, but on Windows 7 there is a separate program file/icon to run it in 32 bit mode, named "MPC Software (32-bit)"
