MPC REN & CV

I was bit curious if it would also work with the mpc ren.

So I decided to try it out on the Mpc ren.
First I ve connected an cable from one of the ren `s Audio out into the arturia Microbrute
pitch in.
then I ve loaded an instance of diva in to the Ren.
Next I ve routed Diva to the Audio Out which plugs into the Microbrutes Pitch in.
Next step was choosing a Patch with open filter and no effects.

and guess what:
! it works!!

there was no midi connection between the ren and the brute.


As soon as I press a key on the arturia brute and at the same time one of the mpc pads
the sound pitches up.
doesn t sound very exiting first but I m still experimenting.
for example you can make a sequence on the ren and automate the shape from DIVAs Waveforms.

maybe other synths works better ..i m still trying out…

maybe someone have Motu Volta ?or are there any freeware alternatives ?
