Mpc Element v.1.7.1 sequence problems!!!

What's up all, I'm running mpc element with essentials v.1.7.1. I just updated from v.1.6. I'm using a Mac osx 10.9.5. Ok my problem I'm having is every time I save a project and go back to open it my sequences are gone! All the samples and settings are there but the sequences in song mode are gone. If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks

ah guess it explains why some of my older projects had sequences missing in song mode.

Yea, i spoke with an Akai Rep and he told me it could be a bug with the OSX 10.9.5 update.
