Issues with unlocking REN

Has anyone else had issues with unlocking their REN that they purchased? Now my REN cant be unlocked because they say its been installed on too many computers, which is false, actually.
I can understand if the "too many computers" thing refers to the amount of failed and successfull attempts on different comps.. how do i get around this unlocked stupidness???

Contact akai support and they will reset them for you.
