Seems if they were going to do that they would not have wasted the effort to release 1.7.2.

not really because 1.7.2 was a really to take care of some bugs and they added 2 features, just for the fun of it. 1.8 has been in the works for awhile now, So it could happen

They would have just waited and did one not both.
Would make no sense to release a version then 2 weeks later release another version.

They would have simply consolidated the two since 1.8 would already include 1.7.2.

Dude, can you chill out a bit? You're torturing Pete on Twitter and giving him sh*t about what you want and what you don't like, and honestly, you sound really ungrateful and you moan so much about what's not there every day.

The Ren is already a pretty capable machine, so shut up for a second, make the best of it, give Pete a break, and just be hyped that some good things are around the corner. If you want Maschine, buy it.

I think I have the v1.8 sneak peak video edit done. Likely release is early next week. So much cool stuff, it's bursting at the seams.

How's that kontrol 61 working with the mpc software ,
Do u own maschine ?

I own maschine(software) and its amazing that it shows the chords in the track when the keyboard is recorded. THA TRUTH.



With the REN, the S61 tech is just so powerful inside a MPC it allows me to slay any beat; but it doesnt record the chords(not the end of the world).
So I have to stop mid sequence, open another track IF I need to progress from Amin to say Cmaj(in the same track) because if you change the kk scale; the KK scale changes; it wont PRINT to the TRACK.




I don't use KKS61 or the REN as much right now as im HOLDING MY BREATH for the video/feature list/update so I can mature my REN workflow.




Recording my female Rap artist into PT with the REN interface, Touchable 3 and liquid notes for live keep my mind away from this waiting period.

Yeah man I got maschine they work well together ,been using kk in logic a bit restricted but u can automate scale change ,chord on/off etc
