MPC Ren, Proteus 2000, Pro Tools 11 and Mbox2Mini

I have the MPC Ren, Proteus 2000, Vst's, Pro Tools 11 and Mbox2Mini for my interface. My current workflow is to make my beat in the MPC software and then track it into protools for further editing and better mixing. The problem I'm having is tracking the Proteus 2000 into Pro Tools. I know how to sequence the Proteus 2000 in the MPC software but I cant figure out how to track it into Pro Tools. If anybody can help with this, i would highly appreciate it! Btw I mainly use PC but I also use Mac

You could render everything as audio and import it into pro tools. then export the proteus2000 tracks as midi.import midi into protools and then record the proteus into protools

I don't have protools or proteus to give rundown of configuration settings...but the general idea is the same regardless of what yo use...you'll want to slave everything to protools, with protools being the master

I appreciate the help guys! Pull-over I didnt think about exporting the proteus tracks as midi files and importing them into Pro Tools and recording them to audio. I figured it out and now got everything up and running! I should've join this forum a long time ago, because i've been trying to get help on this for a few months with no luck.

Have not tried it in Pro Tools 11 yet, so not sure if the Pro Tools AAX plugin (new version for Pro Tools 11) behaves the same as the Pro Tools RTAS plugin.

In Pro Tools 10, the output of the MPC MIDI track is sent to "DAW", create a Pro Tools MIDI track and assign it's input to the MPC DAW output and it's output to the external MIDI port/device, then record enable that Pro Tools MIDI track.
