Why is there no template for ableton?

So I got a MPC studio, I guess i was nieve, but i assumed i would be able to control ableton with the same functionality as the MPD. Looking like i may have to sell my studio just to control basic functions. Not only does it fail to record midi in from the VST to ableton, but you can't even use it as a control surface lol. .

Will this be addressed or should I should i just get a MPD and give up?

the mpc has a midimode . if you miss a template for a mpc why don t you start doing one?

I made a script for it, its not ideal but it might get you going.
