My Ren uses half of its CPU while idle

Can someone explain this anomaly? When I look at the CPU meter its 50% used up before I hit play

If on windows check that your PC is not in like a battery saving mode or something similar. On my windows laptop I noticed the same thing compared to my MacBook. Once I switched it to performance mode it was low CPUreading again.
