exporting song mode issues

When im exporting the song i created it comes out perfect while playing on the mpc ren but when i import the stems in a different program like protools or any other program the sample be perfect but the other track for example like the drums be all out of wack can anybody help me with this?

do all your sequences line up correctly? for example does track 1 = drums, track 2 = bass, track 3 = guitar across every sequence? if you're converting a song to a sequence before bouncing the stems out it copies the arrangement of tracks in the first sequence.. so if anything is out of wack,.. your drum midi could be triggering bass, etc

The first track is on point but every other track lines up but its like it shifted a bar.

But when i bounce a reg song mp3 (whole song) its perfect even when i play it its perfect...i was told it could be a bug in the software.
