2 Questions Effects Copy and Naming Tracks and Sequences

Just getting back into my Ren here and it's been a loooooooonnnnggggg minute lol
Can anybody clarify in plain speak how I can copy track effects to another track, and am I overlooking something or.... I just seems that I am having an awful time with naming tracks and sequences (and I know that it's prolly something pretty simply)

Ugh, I was trying to edit my post after I realized what double clicking the data appropriate data field did. lol
However, I'm still looking for how to copy effects on one track to another. I've tried double clicking, drag and drop, and right click all in the Prog Mix all to no avail ;( any help?
