Simplest way:

First make sure you've followed 'best practice' and placed each unique instrument on its own unique track in your sequence, i.e. separate bass track, piano track, etc. Now go to:

File > Export > Audio Mixdown > Explode Tracks

This will create a unique WAV file for each track in your sequence. Drag the resulting WAV files onto unique audio tracks in Logic. There are other ways to integrate the MPC with Logic, be it in MPC standalone or plugin mode, but the above requires the least set up.

BTW if you didn't separate all your unique instruments to tracks in your sequence you can perform a 'track explode' on any track containing multiple instruments

Edit > Track > Explode

For example if you have a 'drums' track containing kick, snares and hats, track explode will create three new tracks - one containing just the kick, one containing just the snare, and so on.

This Explode Tracks is nice feature, but unfortunately it's not working correctly.
For some strange reason first bar is empty. I have 16 bar sequence.
When I export it and use explode tracks it creates wav files. They are 16 bar long as expected but first bar is empty.
It is very frustrating I must say :P
