mpc studio cant find hardware

when i installed mpc software from disk it couldent detect the hardware i used 1.10 firmware up date, it found hardware then i installed up date 1.8.2 and it cant find hardware again. is there another firmware update or do they need to make another firmware up date. because the highest it goes up to is 1.6 with 1.8.2 drivers they need to fix this so i can be up to date.

Does your MPC have the bottom 4 pads lit? Also do you have it plugged in a USB 3 port, or did you try an alternate port?

no its not connected to usb 3 its in usb 2 port It just cycles through the pad banks and the pads change color

Did you restart your computer?

earlier this week i was on the phone with akia they emailed me an .syx file they ran it through midi ox and it didn't work this morning i saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJdf98v0ESQ and i ran it myself using MIDI Yoke the program works now up to date and everything thanks this is the second time i posted this
