Program Edit Question

Sup people. So I want to put a filter on all of the pads within a program, I go to program edit, edit all zones, put the filter on, but only the most recently touched pad will have the effect. That means for each individual sound I have to apply the filter or effect. There has to be a way to just filter them all at once. I don't have a manual so I'm out of luck there. Usually I can figure these things out, but this is being a pain in my a$$. Normally I'll just go ahead and apply the effect to the sounds I want it to be on. Problem is, whenever I add a sample to the sequence, I have to go and apply the effect to those samples that I've added. I just can't take it anymore. LOL. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Help yourself -> MPC Software User Guide

The quickest way would be to use the effect as a program insert if you want to apply it to all pads in that program.

You should be able to select all zones (or multiple ones), select and adjust a filter on one of them and have these settings applied to all selected pads, though. I´ve tested it and it works as expected...

Thats what I figured but It doesnt edit all of them. What version do you have? I have 1.8.1 I think

Prog Edit -> select "ALL" from Edit Zones in software (it's above the keyboard) -> apply a filter and tweak it and all the pads in your program WILL get that same filter+setting.
1.8.2 on a Mac here.
This has been the designed way of applying something to all pads since the get-go.
