Any recommendations for a budget condenser mic that works well with the MPC Renaissance?

More for recording instrumentation than vocals. . . . Thinking I might have a play around with the looper

Ive been looking at the CM25 from focusrite. i know its budget but im sure it will get the job done

I also want to buy a rhode nta1. they have a good review too
