Tracking into pro tools

What´s up I

I´m quite new to the ren.. I know how to bang out a beat on it already but I have no idea how to record my tracks into pro tools. I Have Pro Tools LE 8.. so how does that work?? Do I need a plug in?

just bounce them and import them into protools
