The software included with MPC Touch is very similar to the MPC Software you may already be used to, but it will NOT recognize or function with the MPC Studio or MPC Renaissance. Damn, I was hoping the new software would be optimized to where the feel and use would be enhanced when working with the Renn on my Surface. I love it now, but want the pinch zoom feature and other functions to work like on the Touch.
Either way, let's go Akai.........time to prove you can get back to making/finishing complete Music Production Centers before you go the way of your E-MU cousins.
Drop that New Software (which should have been a 2013 release)!!
