Is it possible to control tempo from the mpc vst in a daw?
Can not get this to work and i have tried sonar, protools, studio one, reaper.
is the tempo only controllable from the daw when u open the vst inside the day.
i have set it up as each daw to slave to the mpc and still no luck. is it even possible?
looking to track out from mpc 32 virtual outs. the beats were all made in stand alone mpc app each with a different tempo. issue i run into is when i load the vst mpc into the daw the tempo is locked to the daw and i can not change. this causes me to have to manually match the tempo to track out the beat at the proper speed. this is an issue because i dont know the tempo for each beat. ie every single beat will be at 100bpm regardless of what it was saved and made and and can only be changed from the daw. any idea outside of changing the bpm in the daw each time?
i have searched everywhere with no answer.......
