How is the MPC software for integrating hardware?

Are you guys running outboard equipment? Send and returns, inserts? How is the latency and capability of the MPC software?

There are no inputs in the traditional way (not that I've discovered) that will allow you to insert outboard gear like a reverb or compressor and there isn't currently delay compensation for latency if you were able to insert outboard gear, but I do use hardware synths with the Ren though but that's about it.

I see now why that submixer and new mixer in the software is wanted. Those guys are sending the outs to another DAW.

Using the Touch as a plug in limits you, it sounds like the best way to mix something with outboard is to just render the audio tracks to another DAW.
