What do use that program for in the MPC?

I use it to audio to midi samples similar to the audio to midi mode in ableton.

Melodyne works fine in Maschine 2.4 so hopefully Akai can get it working in MPC 1.9.2

Mine been crashing a lot since 1.9.. mainly when opening or closing projects. This update has made it worse if anything.

edit: just crashed an unsaved project because i clicked on another window that wasn't mpc.

I used to like using the mpc because it was so stable.

Thats terrible, maybe you should just roll back to the previous OS?

Im the opposite, the MPC Touch hasn't crashed on me since this new update. It seems good so far.

I was 3 tracks in, and using the looper on the MPC Touch w/ 1.9.1 update.

Crashed and lost. My fault for not saving, but I'm a little confused. If an app like Cubasis or Samplr, on an iPad w/ 1gb of RAM, handling multiple samples can auto-save constantly, in the background, without so much as a hiccup.... Why the hell can't they code such behavior into a full-fledged desktop application? On a machine that has a ton of processor power, 8gb of RAM, 100gb of SSD storage?

Confounding.

Did they fix that bug where you uncheck the option of not having your usage sent to Akai, and it doesn't save your preference?
