Exporting multiple programs in song mode

I hope I explain this well enough for you to understand...I sampled a record and chopped it and created a new program for the chops. So lets say the drums sounds are on program 1 and the played chops are on program 2 and I have put the track in song mode. Then I hit convert > sequence and assigned the whole song to sequence 1. I hit play on sequence 1 (now the entire song) and it's missing program 2 completely, but it did not miss the MPC VSTs (The Bank) which are on their own program. Is there a way to make sure it's grabbing all programs and exploding exactly as it should in song mode? Suggestions are appreciated!!
