How to filter whole programs at once

I just bought the Ren a few weeks back and I'm tryna figure out if you can add one filter to a whole program instead of having to do it to each individual pad and also as far as drum layering, I don't see the drum parameters like they had on the 2000xl.

Yes. Use a program insert.

Filters are available as an effect (use a program insert to apply once of the provided EQ effects, as Fanu suggests), or you can apply a number of different filter types in the FILTER ENVELOPE screen (program edit mode). Drum layering is performed in program edit mode within the SAMPLES screen (F2).
