New MPC Touch tutorial now live on MPC-Tutor.com, 'Creating the Clap From Hell',.

Use the MPC Touch to transform a sweet little clap into a thick and grimy beast, entirely within PROGRAM EDIT.

Step-by-step, all tutorial files included, clear screenshots for each stage. Adapted from my MPC Touch tutorial book.

Maybe 60 percent of that I've done on 4k in order to make grimy, lush, wide stereophonic claps. Yours are way more in depth.

interesting....Curious, are you just learning and discovering from the provided manual, or do you confer/consult with the developers on specific features/procedures ? There's so much to learn with the tools/instruments/software/vst/daw etc....but when I sit down most of my time is used making the sounds/loops/beats/tracks I want to hear...if I want to find how to do something specific then I use what's available to instruct/inform- and that, with least time as I can bear to part with...I like to go with spontaneity; it is a bit "awesome" to gather that someone is taking a very procedural approach (and making notes).

Neither, I just immerse myself in the product and learn how to use it inside-out. TBH after using MPCs for 16+ years and having created a dozen or so books on them, it all comes together pretty quickly.
