Deleting Programs

Hi is there any way to delete a program AND all the samples it contains? Obviously I could do this in the actual program folder in my documents folder on my Hard drive but Is there a way to do it in the software? When I delete the program it does not delete the samples contained in it and I have to manually delete each one. I know you can delete all unused samples with the trash icon but that's not what I want to do either.

Which brings me to my second question: is there a way to mass delete samples?
