Exporting Separate Tracks - Effects on Master Channel

I'm trying to export a project into separate tracks. I have several 3rd party VST plugins on my master channel (Output 1-2). When exporting, the plugin effects are not applied to the individual stems. Is there a way to render each individual track through the VSTs on the master channel?
