Convert song to sequence problem

When a song is converted to a sequence that contains 16 level data , the resulting sequence does not convert the 16 level data , instead it places the notes on the pads that were hit as though 16 levels had not been used.

I am mistaken , the reason appears to be the sequence trans parameter , whilst the sequence plays normally with key groups, midi, and plugins transposing as expected, leaving he drums unchanged. When that sequence is added to a song and converted back to a sequence everything gets transposed.
