Thanks, I updated El Capitan also.

You think it would be a good idea to have a compatibility sticky for computer OS's and updates? Possibly if any issues come up, especially with the MPC software.

Nothing, just unspecified bug fixes. Any new features would be listed in the release notes. I'd imagine until 2.0 we'll get a bunch of bug/stability releases, no new features. I'd hope they'll want to make sure the 1.9.x series is as stable as possible before offering the paid 2.0 release; that way anyone not wanting to pay for the upgrade is left with a stable(-ish) version.
