VST's for MPC studio

I am attempting to use a LOT of the FL studio vst's for my new mpc studio
But I am unable to get this to work. Has anyone had any luck with this process. Please assist if you can.

Are they generic VSTs or are they locked into FL Studio?

Describe step by step how you are currently attempting to use them in the MPC Software.

I just go to plugins and scan for any and every plugin on my system on the c: drive. I have even tried to pull them up by scanning the image line folder alone.

If they are not scanning then I would assume they are proprietary plugins that only work in FL. Similarly the VSTs that ship with the MPC Software do not work in any other software, even though they have a 'vst' extension.
