Mixing MPC Touch With Pro Tools?

So i like using the MPC touch as a plug in on Pro Tools so i can use my midi keyboard to make organ/ synth/ piano/ brass/ etc. loops and then build drums in using the Pads. Should i figure out a way to route/ record each pad to a new audio track individually so i can use pro tools plug in's, ex. record the loop of the snare pad solo'd to one audio track, the two kicks to to others, et and mix in pro tools? If so how do i route this? Or should i try to mix in the MPC and just record the midi of the loop in the MPC?
