mpc activation without hardware connection

hey my mpc is at the shop getting fixed and im trying to unlock and download the software is it possibal with out connectiog the actual mpc itself? or is there any free software i can use in the meantime fl or something, one were i can use my own samples

If you have the serial number(would be on the box of the controller) then you would be able to register through the akai website and do manual/offline activation in the software to unlock it.
