Code MPC essentials for MPC STUDIO user

Hello,
I baught a MPC studio 5 months ago, and now I want to have the MPC essentials plugin, to open multiple instances of it in Live 9.
But, essantial doesn't want to activate with my MPC studio code, and I recieve nothing to unlock it.
If it's necessary, I can buy an activation code, but I dont fint it.
Please help me, I spend lot of time on this problem.

It worked fine for me on 2 different devices. Try contacting Akai support. Don't expect a quick response unless you call them though.

Check your Akai account and look under product registrations. MPC Essentials should have its own activation code.
