Mpc 1.9.6.1 Drag n Drop not working if explode tracks?

Using 1.9.6.1 on win10 x64

1. Have a drum program loaded.
2. Create a sequence
3. Explode tracks
4. Go to the newly created track that were exploded eg. (track 2)
5. Try to use drag n drop BUT (drag n drop) No longer functions???

If I don't explode tracks, it works, WTF am I missing here? Thanks

I'm assuming this is a bug? Btw I have prefs set for track for audio export. Not like that would or should change anything as I've tried program export and it's same thing.. Not to confuse the original question, but I'm thinking the Akai software is **** somehow??

Update: It's working in my DAW software (meaning explode,then drag n drop) , so **** it. I don't use standalone anyways, thanks
