Export audio mix down issues

Not sure if this has been covered in this forum but I’m having issues exporting my audio out of my software. I never had this issues before, I’m running the newest software. When I go to export >audiomixdown>save, software just shuts down. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed software and still the same issue. I even tried installing the older software and same issue...not sure what changed I’ve never had this issue before. Could someone please help...other than that I can create music with no problem, I just can’t export it now for some reason.
