One pad is not working - says its always pressed

So I bought an MPC Touch recently and when I finished setting it up and opened the software the 3rd pad on the 3rd row lights up and is always activated at mid-pressure (the rest of the pads work perfectly). I can't seem to find anyone else with this issue online so any help would be appreciated.
