MPC Touch not recognized by PC, pads lit up white.

OK so my used MPC Touch showed up today. Ran the installer, installed all the drivers and read the troubleshooting guide.

My PC is not recognizing that the unit is attached. Screen black, all lights off except the pads are lit up white. Same with or without PSU attached.

Uninstalled all the drivers then reinstalled + switched to another USB port. Same.

Please help! Did I get hosed?

EDIT: Not working as a controller, an audio interface, or as a second screen.

Did you ever get this figured out? Mine is doing the same thing.
