So my inputs is just dead

So for right now i cant sample in my mpc studio/software. I have a usb turntable and a audio interface plugged in to my laptop. But now for some reason even if i select either or nothing goes in the sampler. Iv'e seen another post with the same exact problem and tried the solution and it didnt work. The meter for the input wont show any signal please for the love of god please help me

What was the solution you tried? You didnt even mention what OS youre running. Troubleshooting can go alot of different ways for Windows or the MacOS.
