Troubleshooting MPC Touch. Sampling Vinyl. No Signal

I've seen a few posts that have had similar issues, so forgive me if this is a sore subject, i've been racking my brain to figure this out and am getting nowhere.

I'll make this simple. I am getting NO input signal when going in through touch 1/4" inputs from a standard 2 channel DJ Mixer. I read that it could be a Mac OS issue, i'm running Mojave. I've never had ANY issues sampling in with any MPC until I upgraded the OS. Is there a fix?

macOS from Mojave on has various security settings, so that apps can‘t access microphone, camera and inputs without you knowing. Nice feature, but troublesome for software installed prior to the update.

In System Preferences, head to Security & Privacy and select the Privacy tab.
