Hey,
I’ve recently decided to use the mpc software as a vst through Ableton 9 and am experiencing an issue. After following instructions from videos like this
I‘m able to recognise the vst on Ableton and even hear sounds on it. However when I press record on Ableton, I’m unable to record the actual midi notes and instead record as “audio blocks”. This is not efficient for me because I want to see the actual notes on Ableton so I can manipulate. Does anybody know what I’m doing wrong? Please let me know if I’m not making much sense so I can update this post with screen shots thank you.
